Terms of Service

Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

• • 30+ days before event: Full deposit refund
• • 15-29 days before event: 50% deposit refund
• • Within 14 days: Non-refundable
• • Date changes: Free if made 30+ days in advance

Dry-Hire Service

Cart N Craft operates as a dry-hire service. The client is responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages. We provide professional bartenders, styled carts, cocktail menus, all supplies, setup, and breakdown. An alcohol purchasing guide is provided with every booking.

Liability

Cart N Craft carries general liability insurance. We reserve the right to refuse service to any visibly intoxicated guests. The client assumes responsibility for providing alcohol to guests of legal drinking age.
