Dry-hire means you provide the alcohol and we provide everything else — the styled cart, professional bartenders, all barware, mixers, garnishes, ice, and setup/breakdown. This gives you full control over your beverage budget while we handle the craft and presentation.

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for weekday events and 3-6 months for weekend events, especially during peak season (October-May). Popular dates fill quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better!

Absolutely! You can book our Mobile Bar or Craft Charcuterie cart individually. Many clients start with one and add the second after seeing the magic. Booking both together saves you up to $600 with our combined packages.

Yes! We work with all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. Just let us know during your consultation and we'll customize your boards accordingly.

We're based in Sanford, FL and serve all of Central Florida including Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Daytona Beach, and surrounding areas within 100 miles. A travel fee may apply for events beyond 30 miles.

We carry full liability insurance for every event. Since we operate as dry-hire (you provide the alcohol), the standard liquor liability falls under your venue or event insurance. We can provide our insurance certificate upon request.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 15-29 days out receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. We're always happy to reschedule when possible.

Yes! For events booking our Experience or Grand packages, we offer a complimentary tasting session where you can sample cocktails and charcuterie selections. For Essentials packages, tastings are available for a small fee that gets credited to your final invoice.
